Frequently Asked Questions

  • I am an out-of-network provider. If you have a PPO, check with your insurance carrier to see if any of your out-of-network therapy sessions are covered, how much, and under what circumstances. I am happy to provide you with a Superbill to submit to your insurance if you have out-of-network benefits.

  • Lower Fee Options 

    If my full fee isn’t doable for you right now, I offer a limited number of lower-fee spots based on need. Feel free to reach out and ask about availability through my contact page.

    I believe anyone seeking mental health support should have access to it. If I’m not the right fit financially, I’d be happy to refer you to other trusted therapists with more affordable rates.

  • First step is to schedule a free 15-minute consultation so we can chat about what brings you to therapy and I can tell you a little about myself. It’s an informal chat just to get to know each other a little. If you think I might be a good fit, we can schedule our first in-person or Telehealth appointment. However, there is no obligation to book a session.
