Empty Nest Support Group for Moms

When kids spread their wings and leave the nest, moms are often left holding both pride and heartache. For midlife women, this is a pretty big life transition. You’ve poured so much into raising your family—so what happens when your role shifts?

Bird Launchers is a 6-week in-person or online support group for midlife moms designed to provide connection, reflection, and encouragement during the season of change that comes with launching kids into the world.

This group is for you if:

  • You just sent your first child to college or out on their own.

  • You’re parenting from afar and adjusting to new rhythms.

  • You’re asking, “What now?” as you step into this next chapter in midlife.

  • You’re craving a safe, supportive space with women walking a similar path.

Each week, we’ll gather to:

  • Share stories, laughter, and real talk.

  • Reflect on shifting roles, identities, and relationships.

  • Explore journaling prompts.

  • Envision what’s ahead with renewed clarity and purpose.
