I’m glad you’re here.

Hi, I’m Jen!

I’m an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist in Costa Mesa passionate about supporting middle-aged mamas through the unique transitions of midlife.

Whether you’re redefining roles, reconnecting with your identity, navigating perimenopause or menopause, or dealing with a major life shift, I help women let go of old stories that no longer fit and tap into their inner wisdom to create a more authentic next chapter.

Guided by the empowering principles of narrative therapy, my style is warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative. Together, we’ll uncover what matters most and help you shape a life that truly reflects it.

Ready to invest in yourself and move forward with more clarity, energy, and purpose?

Let’s begin.

Why Midlife Women Are The Best

Midlife women are powerful. And I love them.

They are strong and can do hard things. They’ve carried others, literally and figuratively, and sacrificed parts of themselves. They’ve learned tough lessons, grieved deep losses, made painful mistakes—and grown stronger through it all.

They’re capable, resilient, and they get stuff done

They carry a wisdom that only comes with lived experience—and they’ve earned every bit of it.

Around midlife, many women begin to crave something different—something more authentic, more aligned with who they are now. They’re done tolerating what doesn’t serve them.

The tolerance for BS? Low. The desire for something more? High.

Then come the transitions of midlife: a trifecta of shifting hormones, changing roles, and evolving or dissolving relationships. It’s a powerful season that can shake even the strongest middle-aged women. It’s disorienting, emotional, and can leave you feeling stuck, unsure, or disconnected from yourself.

And then there’s perimenopause. I believe every middle-aged woman deserves the support of therapist to help navigate perimenopause symptoms! It’s a lot to go through mamas, I get it. You don’t have to do it alone. It’s your turn to get support after so many years of taking care of everyone else!

If that sounds like you, you’re NOT alone—and you’re in the right place.

The Middle-Aged Women I Work With Most Often Feel…

  • Overwhelmed, anxious, or fearful over shifting roles, changing hormones, and the uncertainty of what’s next—especially as they approach or enter the empty nest phase.

  • Disconnected from their partner in a relationship that feels stale or strained—and unsure how to reconnect, or if they even want to.

  • A sense of identity loss after years of caregiving and putting others first.

  • Disconnected from their own voice, desires, and purpose as their roles shift.

  • Stressed with caring for aging or ill parents—just when they had hoped to reclaim a bit of freedom.

  • Guilty at the thought of prioritizing themselves, or like they need permission to slow down and ask: Who am I now? Who am I becoming?

  • Tired of perimenopause symptoms being dismissed by doctors, misunderstood by loved ones, and expected to quietly push through.

If any of this resonates, you’re not alone—and you’re in the right place.

As a mom of two and an almost empty-nester, I know firsthand how disorienting and transformative midlife can be. With a master’s in clinical psychology and advanced training in narrative therapy, I’m here to help women flip the script on what this season is supposed to look like. This next chapter is yours to create. Let me walk alongside you as you begin to draft it.
